Kathleen A. Cormier, CPA

With over thirty years experience in accounting, taxes, and finance and business management, Kathy has extensive and specialized knowledge in accounting, federal and state taxes, internal controls, audit, risk management, cash and treasury, electronic commerce, payroll and human resources.

After graduating from the University of South Florida, Kathy entered the workplace as a staff accountant in a local CPA firm. From there she worked as Accounting Manager and Controller for a mortgage company, a medical manufacturing firm and a vacation and leisure company. At that firm she as served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Accounting and was a key member of the management group for fourteen years. Her responsibilities included all general ledger accounting, monthly close and management reports, operational budgets, the development and implementation of internal controls; long and short term cash projections and proformas; annual financial statement preparation, payroll and human resources including employee benefits, insurance 401K plan, cafeteria plan; obtaining capital for business growth and development; risk and insurance; treasury and cash management; banking, lender and supplier relationships; internal audit; leasing; property acquisition and regulatory compliance.

Kathy also developed successful receivables management firm which provided clients with accounts receivable solutions, financing, consumer account servicing, collections and e-commerce strategies.

A CPA since 1985, Kathy has also earned the designations of Certified Management Accountant, Certified Treasury Professional and Certified Fraud Examiner. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Florida Institute of CPAs, and the Association for Financial Professionals where she serves as a member of its Editorial Advisory Board.

Kathy has resided in Pinellas County for over 30 years. She has served on a number of Board of Directors for non-profit organizations and is involved in several community activities as a volunteer including the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts of America. Kathy serves on the Morton Plant Mease Foundation Financial Counseling Services Committee and is an active member of the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council.


Harry H. Rabb, CPA

Harry’s professional experience began with the international accounting, auditing, consulting, and tax firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in Tampa, Florida, with emphasis on both for-profit and not-for-profit entities as Audit Senior in charge of one engagement or Audit Supervisor in charge of several engagements at one time. In addition, Harry was identified by the partnership of the firm to assist the tax division during tax filing periods when additional assistance was required by experienced and knowledgeable staff CPAs. This experience included extensive amounts of individual and corporate taxation analysis and preparation as well as estate, trust and gift taxation.

After leaving Coopers & Lybrand to join the staff of a client, Harry’s experience extended to financial policy initiation, interpretation, and application requiring the development of internal accounting controls over the flow of financial information. As Controller and Chief Financial Officer, Harry was responsible for budgeting and forecasting and the development of meaningful, timely financial statements, including the analysis and management of cash flow and activity based costing (ABC) for the allocation of costs to departments such that departmental contribution may be measured.


Harry’s formal education is from the University of South Florida, Tampa, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Accounting, in August 1982 with a GPA of 3.5 out of a possible 4.0. Harry continued his education by being admitted to the USF Graduate School in Accounting pursuing the Master of Accountancy degree, realizing a GPA of 3.95 out of a possible 4.0. Harry finished his formal education in December 1983 and in January 1984 began his professional career with Coopers & Lybrand.


Harry is a Florida Certified Public Accountant (1985), a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants since 1985, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Tax Section since 2002. Harry’s volunteer efforts include his service as a member of the Safety Harbor Rotary Club, a member of the Board of Directors for both the Safety Harbor Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of Safety Harbor Foundation, Inc., a member of the Board of Trustees for the Safety Harbor Museum of Regional History, a member of the Board of Trustees for the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and as a member of the Pinellas County Social Action and Mental Health Funding Advisory Board.
